Collaboration is increasingly necessary in planning processes for building projects, professionals are seeing more and more the need to apply BIM procedures in their way of working and administration. The work culture, those involved in different areas of construction are mainly an obstacle when trying to make a collaborative work environment exist. The course addresses the main topics that can help understand how the BIM methodology works and its practices under modeling tools in the structural field. This course covers important topics in building design and modeling with the Revit tool in the Structures discipline. The course is subject to constant review by the instructors who provide support in the student's learning process. We know that the modeling software cannot do it completely alone, it needs the intellectual resource and the experience of building to be able to carry out its function. The course includes a BIM approach and is programmed for you to learn from a basic level to an advanced level. Objectives In the course you will learn: -How REVIT software works in the discipline of structures. -Use of tools attached to the Revit program, multidisciplinary collaboration and strategies for a correct BIM implementation. Additionally you can learn about graphics for the delivery of workshop plans.
